Serving Suggestion

It goes well with Aegina pistachios and thyme flavored honey on a freshly baked French baguette. Furthermore, it will offer a distinctive flavor to risotti dishes when finely chopped and added into the final sit, in its final stirring. You can pair it with wines that go well with garlic, such as a white or a rosé from Syrah.
